Preferred Package at 5%
This package is offered to clients who are selling their homes and purchasing a different new or existing home using our services. We can't offer discounted, sub-standard services, but we can offer a break to our clients who use our selling and purchasing services together.
If you use our services for both selling your current residence and purchasing your next residence, we will provide the Standard Service Package at a 5% listing commission or offer our Deluxe Service Package at a 6% listing commission. Either way, you win and save potentially thousands of dollars.
Standard Service Package at 6%
This service is designed for those sellers who are pricing their home right for a quick sale when the fastest sale possible is priority.
- Free Personalized Market Analysis of your home, includes all MLS sales and listings in your neighborhood for the last six months.
- Includes complete representation
- Negotiation services of contract offer.
- Legal forms, contracts and addendum's
- Coordination of buyers home inspections, Termite inspection, closing scheduling
- Our famous RE/MAX yard sign
- Colored flyers placed in flyer box on yard sign.
- Entered in to MAAR's MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- Interior and exterior colored photos for marketing.

- Feedback service from showing Realtors.
- Free Loan Pre-Qualification for potential buyers.

Deluxe Service Package at 7%
The Deluxe Service is designed for a faster sale at a higher price. Raising the marketing level to an (all out), in the consumer's face "blitz" to achieve the best realistic price possible in the shortest amount of time.
All services offered in both the Basic and Standard Services plus:
- Interior decorator services (limited hours)
- Open house held monthly until sold, advertised on Memphis-RealEstate.net, RE/MAX.com, and Realtor.com and in the Commercial Appeal.
- Deluxe ad in the RE/MAX Magazine until sold (twice as large as the standard ad)
- Free First American Home Warranty ($400 value) to offer your buyers. (The seller is also covered under the warranty during the listing for FREE)
- 300 Post cards mailed out to three neighborhoods that are potential "move up" neighborhoods. These neighborhoods would have a large potential buyer's base for your type of home and price range. (Targeted marketing)
- Brochures, in addition to flyers, with added pictures and more detailed information on your home.
- 40 Property Cards (credit card size property cards to pass out)

Premium Service Package at 8%
The Premium Services Package is designed to achieve the highest price in the shortest amount of time. Gorilla marketing tactics in an all out marketing blitz designed to obtain maximum exposure and to reach the highest number of targeted potential buyers in the quickest amount of time.
All the services offered in Basic, Standard and Deluxe packages plus:
- Premium Full page RE/MAX Magazine ad with only your home advertised. Multiple pictures with maximum information and exposure. Until SOLD!
- Premium Home for Sale Magazine Listing for first 30 days.
- An additional 500 (a total of 900) Post cards mailed out to targeted neighborhoods reaching specifically targeted consumers.
- Home page Featured Property on Memphis-RealEstate.net, Buyer's Home Page Featured Property on Memphis-RealEstate.net in addition to the Featured Property Listing. With Home Page link to virtual tour.
- Listed in The Collierville Independent or similar local newspaper.
- Online Flyer emailed to EVERY active MAAR Realtor.

A few things to keep in mind:
- It is customary to offer 3% of the listing agent's commission to the agent representing the buyers. (we do, but some discount brokers offer less which hurts the sellers chances of selling their home)
- Even at the Basic Service Package, approximately 1% goes toward marketing and other expenses.All situations are unique and as such our packages are customizable to best suit your needs.
